In 2019, Robyn showcased her Sydney Fringe Festival debut show at the Emerging Artist Sharehouse, where she was then nominated for Best Comedy. Relatable Material was a Festival debut for both Robyn Reynolds and Chris Nguyen.
Throughout the lockdowns, Robyn continued writing and working on her first hour show, and in November 2021, Robyn Reynolds: Mermaid had a sold-out run at LOL Fest in Sydney.
Since then, Robyn has continued to hone her debut hour. In March 2022, Robyn Reynolds: Mermaid sold out Newcastle Comedy Club, and was nominated for Best Comedy at Newcastle Fringe Festival.
She premiered her award-nominated solo show Mermaid this year at Sydney Comedy Festival.
A passionate writer and storyteller, Robyn has performed at storytelling events around NSW. Robyn is a regular guest MC for the award-winning night Generation Women Storytelling at The Beresford.
Robyn was the Performance Maker in Residence for Comedy at the Old 505 Theatre with her writing partner Madeleine Stewart. Together, they wrote, produced and starred in three hilarious sketches, watch here.
Originally a French translator and interpreter, Robyn speaks fluent French and lived in France before moving to Sydney. Robyn is a talented actor completing LAMDA courses in singing, speech and drama.
